| Raju Penmatcha is responsible for overall operations of SmartWorks.
He held positions like Project Manager, Software Architect, and Director in a 15+ year
career in companies like Goldman Sachs, Federal Reserve Bank, Nokia, Southwest Airlines
and Mobil. He is listed in Who’s Who in Engineering (Millenium Edition), worked as
technical editor for magazines, published numerous papers and presented them at
international conferences. |

| Krishna Varma is responsible for our Indian operations.
He provides contracting and outsourcing solutions to Smart Works on a per need basis.
Krishna brings multiple years of project development and global delivery experience to
