Contract
When clients need additional resources on a short or long-term basis, or for a special project, SmartWorks can provide qualified contractors who work on our payroll. Many of our clients are so satisfied with the contract employees that we provide they come back to us again and again for qualified contractors.
 
Contract-to-hire
With our contract-to-hire option, the candidate we present works for a specified period of time on our payroll, allowing our client to directly assess their work performance prior to hire by their organization. This option allows the placement fee to be amortized over a three or six month period, with no additional conversion charge.
 
Direct-hire placement
SmartWorks streamlines our client's hiring process by providing a select few candidates whom we believe meet your requirements.
